The flat is on the first floor of a very well presented block of apartments. There are no lifts. There is a solar powered water boiler system (for summer) as well as an electric powered water boiler system (for winter). Please note that we will only pay for the normal weekly water supply if you use this up before the next scheduled supply it is up to you to fill up the tank if you require more, this can be done for about 20JD. During winter people may want to use the diesel powered central heating system, this is not included in the rental price of either short or long term lets, hence the tenant will be responsible for the running costs.
